How long until my order ships?

Orders may need up to 3 business days to process before shipment. When your order ships, tracking is emailed to the address used at checkout.

We currently ship within the United States only. U.S. orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping; standard and expedited rates are shown at checkout.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us immediately with your order number. Changes aren't guaranteed once processing or fulfillment begins.

What is your return policy?

Contact us before sending anything back. For hygiene and safety, opened or used hair-care products and bulk human hair may not be returnable. Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 5 calendar days of delivery.

How are refunds issued?

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank's processing time may vary after we issue the refund.

Who are the products made for?

Wynn Essentials supports textured-hair routines — curls, coils, braids, locs, twists, silk presses, wigs, weaves, and other protective styles.

Our formulas use familiar botanicals and purposeful oils, but everyone is different. Patch test first, review the ingredient list on each product page, and stop use if irritation occurs.

What payment methods do you accept?

Checkout is handled securely by Stripe and accepts major cards. We never see or store your full card number on this website.

Do I need an account to order?

No — you can check out as a guest. Your confirmation and tracking are sent to the email you enter at checkout.

Jamaican Black Castor Oil
